Share Information

The shares in ChargePanel AB have been issued in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551). All shares are fully paid and freely transferable. No other classes of shares have been issued. Each share entitles the holder to one (1) vote at the Company’s General Meeting.

According to ChargePanel’s Articles of Association, the share capital shall amount to not less than SEK 1,500,000 and not more than SEK 6,000,000, divided into not fewer than 30,000,000 shares and not more than 120,000,000 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 1,782,950, divided into 42,105,484 shares.
